Refund policy

We want your Foreverzen piece to feel right on your wall. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your canvas must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@foreverzen.co with your order number. We'll confirm the return and send you the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be matched to your order.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by you and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping service — we can only refund items that reach us.

Damaged, defective, or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or framing defect, or goes missing in transit, we'll send you a free replacement — no need to return anything. Just email info@foreverzen.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Lifetime warranty

Every Foreverzen canvas is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your print fades or your frame fails under normal indoor display conditions, we'll replace it free of charge — whenever it happens. Email us a photo and your order number and we'll take care of it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a refund seems late, check with your bank or card provider first — processing times vary — and if it still hasn't arrived, write to us at info@foreverzen.co.

Exchanges

Want a different size, frame, or design? Email us at info@foreverzen.co and we'll arrange it — for defective items the exchange is free; otherwise standard return terms apply.

Your statutory rights

If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights — our 30-day policy is in addition to them.
